Our representation of Halo's iconic space combat in the Homeworld 2 engine, which puts the player in command of some of the most powerful weapons fielded by the UNSC and Covenant and to provide a balanced and competitive experience.
So i have actually managed to work on it a bit this week, just not as much as i'd of liked to.
This is it scaled to the other ships modelled so far.
In other news:
Frigate class is now "Agon" - Greek for contest/struggle
Zero is texturing the Destroyer while he waits for anchor 9.

But I don't understand the Frigate thingy...
Well, just like a marathon cruiser is a marathon class cruiser, the frigate is now an Agon class frigate, rather than just being "Frigate"
Aww the Destroyer was supposed to be a surprise. :(

It will yeah, I'll add them when I get the station textured and in-game.
youd think that shipyards would have heavier weapons so they dont have to have a fleet defending them all the time lol
Why do you say that? A shipyard is a shipyard and in no way a stationary gun platform. It's sole purpose is the production of units.
Anchor 12, however, is a space station and has minor defenses. Besides, you need an excuse to build a home fleet and an attack fleet. :P
Well, realistically a shipyard shouldn't be on the front lines, but we're ignoring that.
It won't be able to fight a war on it's own, but it'll have archers and turrets to defend against early game stuff, and it's possible that there might be other stuff such as the large guass cannon at the end of Halo Reach buildable on it.

Just wondering about when you model the covenant ships if you are going to use the Halo wars destroyer or model your own?
p.s. HW destroyer is my fav Covenant ship =D
Velo has said he will not do any Halo Wars models. I don't have a problem texturing them, but I can't texture something that doesn't exist.
If you were a good texturer, you'd find a way.
