open factions.xml and look through each factions code for where to change it, Chakotay02's right, it's not hard to do if you know where to look
i dont mind a space pop of 35 or land of 15 but no to high
make 2 versions then or sumtin, cause having 9 pop cap for land is lame....space having 20 is lame too...raise the ground to at least 20 and dont make infantry count or sumtin...

hey ya..i have question about infantry. will they be in colums or like the mandalorians how they were in 3. i think u should make covent in the platoons and marines as 3 per squad, also, please please raze pop cap to 50 for space and very high for ground lol
