i dont understand the story part - 1 fight sequence, then a boss battle with an unlimited pistol (which you can't see) and a boss who doesn't die? *confused*

Awesome. A lil short, but hey. The last bosses were rough, but overall can't wait. This isn't the final product, right? You plan on adding more, I hope!
It's times like these I wish I had Max Payne 2. I've been waiting for this mod for so long anyway... and I'll damn well convince every person I know with MP2 to get it. :)
Story mode was always planned out to be just a single level, the Hall of Mirrors. The meat and bones of the mod is the combat system, the new playable characters (each with their own signature moves) and the new DMW maps/Training level/ Objective gameplay. To get into the new content go to either "Objective level", "Training Room" or "Select Character". Most of the new maps are in the select character mode, where you get to pick a character and fight as him in the new DMW levels. You can also play the old DMW levels as Max using gun kata. It's simple, just go to select character and then take it from there :)
I'm working on a review for this right now. Expect it by this weekend, assuming nothing unforseen should prevent me.
For those of you who are cheap or dont have Max Payne.....You can get Max Payne 2 in a 2-disc jewel case from Wal-mart for $9.84

the gun kata special move animations are so well done it doesnt look stupid when hes doing it ( im referring to the long *** as+space gun kata move ) i also played some game that i didnt know had stolen content from this game and they had it when you pressed crouch you did the gun kata move and i thought the animation for that was done very well also, i love the pick a character dmw, story mode is really ez there should be like a time trial to see who can beat it fastest (new york minute) that could be another game type in itself, the only mode i dont like is objective my allies suck
