Zombie Edition is a mod based on original half-life concept, but you will play as a headcrab and, what is more interesting, as a zombie. Zombies can mutate to change their characteristics into three types and every type will have at least six upgrades including using new weapons and abilities. Isn't the lower left corner's health bar the headcrab's health?
And right from it, is the body's health bar. But what is the health bar above headcrab's health bar?

OK, I'll try to explain it.
In bottom left corner - health of crab (it' white here). Experience is above it, and at the right - host health.
