In this MOD you will not play with Gordon Freeman, Adrian Shephard or Barney Calhoun, but for David Johnson - one of black ops which all have been sent for destruction of alive essences taking place in military base "Black Mesa". -By "P@TRIOT" (Pavel Davydov)

This is one those times where I think most peoples standards are to low or are being generous in their scores for a first time mod maker. This is basically a corridor fest, where you fight through mostly lab corridors with random crates placed in them, fighting large amounts of enemies with scarce healthkits.
You go outside for short times but then you just see nothing but large shipping containers piled on the sides of your path, along with storage areas with the same problem.

It doesn’t feel like Black Mesa because of the aforementioned corridor syndrome. The level design is terrible, it doesn’t feel organic like it was all just randomly placed. So it looses the claustrophobic feeling it should have along with the details that make mods worth playing.

It also commits the cardinal sin that Black Ops did where you don’t really get to fight with your team mates as you loose them early on, and then its just running as fast as you can from one area to another.
You do meet others but they usually either die in the first fight or your in a hurry to go to the next area so your not going to drag them along.
Its fairly long but only because you’ll be dying, its length is actually average 20 minutes or so.
Hardly worth playing unless you really want a challenge and nothing more.
