Seems like you need a better recorder. The sound's all out of synch with this one. Nice map, though.
use more quality for the sound encoding to avoid the out of sync problem, maybe 44 khz 128 kbps stereo if you are using mp3 audio, or better use Dolby AC3 44 khz 96 kbps stereo audio + MPEG4 H264 video (the video bitrate depends on the resolution you are using, you may need at least 2000 kbps video bitrate for a decent quality , at least if you are using no HD resolutions) good luck
