it is cool,but it remainds me a model i saw in gmod,Still cool!
I'd go with a assualt rifle or shotgun on this guy. Maybe position the vest higher, cuff up his sleeves like grunts, give him some full finger gloves, and voila he'd be perfect.

I'd say this is perfect. Seriously, don't alter this design, because this looks so badass.
Also, maybe give him the M16 or the Stakeout (or both!) as a weapon....just a suggestion.
He's going to get both.
and give him more health points(adding a new code)
Ok the drawing looks a little weird to me... but still it looks cool, its the vest that looks weird... looks a little to big...
Interesting concept though I must admit that the west seems a bit to large for that poor little guy. But the idea is definetely epic and fits Black Mesa's style very well.
I would put the west a bit higher. When I was in military our combat wests even enclosed half of our throats because the human head + throat is the biggest weakness and needs perfect protection.
In this concept you can almost snipe his heart.. Well so much for the realism part from my side. Back to fun mode. :) ^^
^ Don't you mean "vest"? And this is more of a tactical vest rather than a ballistic vest: it's meant for pouches and what have you.
