The architecture is cool but the wall textures look kinda cartoonish. Is that what you were going for?
Yeah I agree, the brushwork is excellent but the textures aren't so hot, would massively improve the scene if it didn't look like the walls were made of stucco :P
Well, maybe it be replaced on much realistic textures in the future. Anyway, i'm not chasing graphical realism, like hi-res or photorealistic textures, models. The count of polygons and texture resolution for the most part by random. The priority is a technical veracity, also composition (light, colors, environment contrasts, etc)

Спасибо, но не вижу смысла в увеличении разрешения текстур для графики уровня халфы 98-го (именно таковая планируется). Диапазон разрешений будет от 16 до 512 пикселей, масштаб от 1:1 (тексель на юнит) или 1:2. Т.е. текстура с разрешением 512х512 будет ложиться на браш точно такого же размера, или больше.
дело не в разрешении а в фактуре -- тут она стрёмная.
Actually, the fake (or rather, prop) look of the walls and stuff makes perfect sense for Skolkovo context…
Anyway, the picture looks real nice. I wouldn't complain about the textures at all. You've got a good taste in level geometry, I can say that.
Indeed very lovely as for the textures Either you texture all your levels like that or yes change em eventually. They look to clean which makes em look cartoonish. Add some dirt onto the textures idk.
