Does this mod will have alpha maps etc.?
Some parts will be filled with it's alpha's counterpart in case we have no trace/documentation/screenshots of it.
As you can see, c3a1 features bits of the alpha with our touch on texture/lighting changes, plus some changes layout-wise.
If you are talking about the unique chapters that the alpha featured (like the alien research lab, security complex, and the portal device) no, but they could make a comeback as some sort of a standalone chapter.
Can't promise anything about it, both college and my current job are really stretching the hours I spend on personal stuff and this mod.
