Half-Life 2: Wars brings the struggle between the human resistance and their Combine overlords to a real-time strategy setting. HLW has been in development since 2007 and last saw a public release (Multiplayer Beta 2.0.9). The Multiplayer Beta, which you can download here on Desura, requires Half-Life 2: Episode 2 to play! It features 3 game modes: Sandbox, Annihilation and Overrun, showcasing the Rebels and Combine playable factions.
Gameplay of Overrun with the Zombies wave type. Suggestions are welcome (about this wave type and about Overrun in general).
The only suggestion I have is nerfing the fast zombies. They are EXTREMELY overpowered
I remember when they were extremely underpowered which honestly was a patch before this one.
I had 12 combine soldiers once... ONCE... but then they shot across the map and took out 4 each :'c
meh. use combine, save for hunters, build forcefield and healers. seemed to work pretty well.
Hey i got a idae you should build a huge map were there is multyble areas and 1 last area for a last stand like a huge map with out lieing bases and the zombies would overrun them all slowly
like that one bit in warcraft 3?
or maybe have a map a bit bigger than that one and have a 4 player coop and see if combine and rebels can get along enough to kill each other another day.
