Half-Life 2: Wars is a real time strategy (RTS) modification set in the Half-Life universe. Although development is in its early stages, much has already been implemented (be sure to check our downloads section for the current release). Currently there is only singleplayer, but multiplayer is planned. There is thorough mapping documentation available on the forum for those who wish to make custom maps, which may be included in the mod. The current release requires Half-Life 2: Episode one to play.

Author: SOLDAT1 Map: hlw_zombie-underground 1.0 Info: HL2 Wars Singleplayer Map (My first map) -Currently no Minimap not that you need one currently (Planned for later versions) -Six Player Controlled Npcs with diverse arsenal -More squad based gameplay -Hordes of zombies to kill -Small but horrifyingly gory and exciting map -No Basebuilding (live with what you got) -Mission-like Map (I have not bothered to make objectives yet its only a beta, but pretty much just capture the only point at the end of the map then you can disconnect form mission) This is a HL2 Wars map which is for singleplayer. In this map you are in control of six Rebels who are trying to fight theyre way out. There is no basebuilding in this mission because this is supposed to be a challenging mission of squad tactics and strategy. I believe this is an excellent map and it is my first one so i decided to put quite a bit of effort in. Though i have put effort in, its not the final vers

base building is what seperates this mod from garrys mod, so im not dling till i see some footage or atleast a screenie
Great map, it needs more cover and needs to be way bigger. Just a tip, texture outside the walls with black so that the camera does not have that no texture bug when you zoom out.

hi thanks for comments everyone im releasing the next version now.... and as for the texture bug i just remembered then. hmm well il release it as it is now and the next version after this shouldnt be to long so il fix that for V3. enjoy map guys.

Personally, I have always loved the "work with what's available" type missions in rts. Will enjoy this immensely.
How do i get this onto my Mod im confused.

What you need to do is of course download the file then open it via Winrar or any other Rar file. when it opens up the extract the files in a temporary folder. afterwards open up the HL2Wars folder and put the folders into the hl2 folder and hopefully it should work if you meen Mod by the game if not i have no clue what you meen hope it helps.
EDIT: Forgot the .bsp go into the MAPS folder in hl2
Great game so far cant wait till 1.0 with multiplayer support, hopefully LAN is available. ^_^
