Half-Life 2: Short Stories is a team working on a group of modifications that take place in the same realm. A lot of the focus is on the story and gameplay, new innovative set pieces and puzzles. After the release of the first episode of Human Error, the team is planning to release more episodes and expand the characters and the world.

Cool, but isn't it a bit... Naked?
It does look a bit meaty, but it is in keeping with the style of the vortiguants from HL2. Hopefully if we're seeing these guys again, we'll get to use the hive hand. :D

texture looks great but I think the model needs a little bit more work....you should make musceles and hinges more visible...make the alien looks more brawny....

One little problem. The alien grunts had the armor surgically attached. So if it was removed, there should be scars.

That was likely an over sight by the Valve team, so yes, they should have scars.
Yes (they need scars or their armor), no (the vorts never wore any armor) and no (there was no oversight).
Unless this is some kind of new breed which didn't get to have armour attached.
