Oh, forgot to say, there is a MAJOR bug in the last level... the physcannon dosn't like going mega, meaning that energy balls wont come out of their tubes at the top of the citedel, meaning the game is almost completely unfinishable... go to the forums to report a fix... PLEASE!

Don't mind him, he probably dislikes puzzle games, which makes me wonder if he got HL2 for the storyline I.e the puzzle parts or for the senseless DM killing.

no, its because you can do this yourself, this mod doesnt change enough to warrant the name mod
It's spelled "exciting", btw. And Portal was very fun. Just think of the different things you could do with a portal in HL2. Sounds like there's some potential for funny stuff here.

I don't know if its just me - but i couldn't make it work :S
What i did was, i extracted the .zip in the correct folder - yes i'm sure.
Then i used GCFScape to extract the maps to the map folder - my problem is: I don't see any portal guns ? :S All i see, is that i lose only 2 hp whatever hits me, and I regenerate hp ^^.
I wouldn't call this a mod - and i would like some portal guns ^^
Oh yeah, you do have to actually use a cheat to get it. I have binded this code to the minus key. bind - "upgrade_portalgun;give_weapon portalgun;sv_portal_placement_never_fail 1"
will i be able to get the normal hl2 guns as well?
