Some Troubles... news - Half-Life 2: Diffusion Mod for Half-Life 2

So, I've worked out about half of Chapter Two in its basic version without any additional adding of details, but I've been having some problems working them into the mod, not only can I not get the chapters working correctly despite finding a tutorial, but I can't even get to the levels using the "ChangeLevel" Command. It just gives me a "Cannot change level, not running server" message. Anyone have an Idea of what this is?

I'm still working out customizing the mod as well, I might just release the maps as a map pack like the original Nightmare House, but I'll still post them here.
