I have to say, I was really surprised, when I saw the name of the game this mod is for.
Because of the Props, sprites and so on, I thought it's Half-Life 2!

This is from... Hmmm... march? 2010. Head bobbing has been tweaked a lot. There will be an option to disable all camera movement and leave it HL-ish (just minimun)

Not bad, this and Earths Special Forces looking to be doing things people would not imagine Goldsrc could do. I mean really...this is shockingly good.
Now if only you could go back in time to when Half-Life 1 was released and make the Engine look this good and run as good as it did in 1998. :P

Not sure if you can considering how old the Engine is but I suggest looking into Normal Maps, basically a bump on steroids, much more detail(also stronger) and it also pre-calculates light location so it also saves on Render requirements a little. It's very use-full as well to combine Normals and bumps, using bumps for fine details instead of such large details as that's what Normals are for. Aside from that this truly is stunning looking, that's what you get when you implement bumps. However if you're going for more realism I suggest that you tone back the spec on things, of course I'm not saying they look bad they do look great but adding such high spec to a wall like in 0:18 doesn't quite fit unless you make water drip from the ceiling onto that wall it really doesn't have a reason to be so shiny.
Hate to sound like I'm complaining though heh! Great job truly and I am aware of course this is a older video and comment.

Add ragdoll physics and it will be better than a standard source game (If that is possible).
PS: Just to avoid mistakes, "if that is possible" is about add ragdoll physics.
