
Hi, I'm SysOp, Main Proyect Leader.
We are making an Open Source project called Arrangement™ (based on Half-Life 1 Engine).
Arrangement™ is a Single player FPS game that focus hard on gameplay, game's story and level's inmersion. Following that, we have changed everything we can to be sure the player can feel what we really want. Play with player's emotions it's a hard task so, we spend a lot of time finding out details to achieve that.
Arrangement™ is an Open Source project. You can get anything we have created for this mod for your own needs. We focus on sharing and I like to help everyone in anyway I can.
Arrangement™ is a mix of action/horror/rpg/puzzle games. That's why the player would laugh, get angry, sad or jump off. Player can gain experience points which can be changed for get new abilities. Every single detail is planned following game design documents and game's story line.
Arrangement™ is mapping friendly. Level desing is the most important piece in a game to my concern. That's why we have changed a lot Hammer's using to give you a new intuitive and faster mapping. Also, every feature we use is easy and most of them can be tested in-game.
Arrangement™ is a realistic game. Every weapon works as it should and your enemies act as they should too. AI methods has been improved a lot to give the player a really good challengue before kill anyone.
Arrangement™ is an old school game. Following big games hits each mission contains a few levels -> each level contains a start, a few encounters and a end -> last level's mission contain a boss and a overall. That guarantee the player have fun no matter what. Also, each missions follows a storyline in where the player can decide his path sometimes, giving up more than a single ending.
Arrangement™ is an eye candy game. We didn't forget we are in 2008... so, a simple mod that looks like Wolfestein 3D wouldn't be enough for you. That means lighting, archiquecture, effects and world's environment has been improved a lot, to give them a new realistic look.
Arrangement™ is the game you expected.

Perdon pero , la guia no me aparece , yo o sea se como crear objetos y demas pero lo unico q no se hacer ES PEGARLE ESAS MALDITAS TEXTURAS... me pone muy mal las pego y me aparecen unos cuadritos extraños ...

Antes de crear la habitación lo normal es seleccionar una textura general, ya que la que esta seleccionada por defecto (nota de Sys: tusu cuadrados negros :P) es la que se suele usar para las entidades (como detectores de aperturas de puertas, escaleras, etc) y sobre todo es fea xD... de todas formas puedes cambiar en cualquier momento las texturas de la habitacion con la herramienta de texturizado (si tienes dudas, consulta el tutorial básico #2: Entorno del WorldCraft).
Para selleccionar entonces una textura que te guste sigue los siguientes pasos:
1º- En el cuadro de dialogo Textures (Texturas), haz "click" en el botón Browse (Explorar). Así se abrirá el explorador de texturas.
2º- Una vez en el explorador de texturas, ve abajo, y en el cuadro Filter (Filtro), escribe por ejemplo "wall". El filtro de textura reduce la lista de texturas a únicamente las que contengan la cadena de texto que hemos escrito en su nombre. Deberías ver varias texturas disponibles. Selecciona la que mas te guste...
Nota: No necesitas utilizar el Filtro para seleccionar una textura. Puedes utilizar también las barras de desplazamiento para buscar a mano en la lista completa de texturas, aunque es mas engorroso y necesitaras un buen PC con una buena cantidad de RAM... Buen invento el Filtro ¿eh? ;)
Ahora hay que construir la habitación:
1º- Selecciona la herramienta Block (Bloque) haciendo clic en el icono de la barra de herramientas MapTools o pulsando Mayús-B.
2º- En una de las vistas 2D, haz click y arrastra (con el botón izquierdo del raton) un cuadro de 256x256 unidades. Luego, ajusta el cuadro de manera que sea de 256x256 unidades en las otras dos ventanas 2D. Asi es como se crea un cubo perfecto de 256x256x256. Pulsa Intro para crear el cubo.
REBIRTH is a great mod, so is there a patch to fix the Fifties part 2 load up? i hope so because i love the amount of effort you put into the mods SysOp =)

Maybe if I get some free time I'll try to fix all the bugs, but we are focused on the main game (ArrangeMent), you know :)

nice ragdoll like animations=)
Those ragdoll animations needs a whole improvement. Works as expected but we can create death animations 100 times easier and best looking than these ones now.
