Those are fat vending machines.
They have awfully big buttons, too. It looks like you would literally have to punch them as opposed to pushing with your finger.
Dude, I'd love to have vending machines that make me go "FALCON PUNCH" every time I wanted a drink from them!

Looks like one of the stock maps from TS (The Specialist Mod)
AFAIK, is defintely not a map from TS, although most of the textures showcased here are from Blazeeer and those are used in a TS map.
Gotta replace the textures though, 'cause they seem bland. And add bumpmaps... and change the vending machines.
This map reminds me of the black ops mod for hl..I like it...
