Mod in vault news - Half-Life 1: Am's Rebirth mod for Half-Life

As you can see on the title this game is in a vault. That means this mod won't be continued anymore.

I tried to update and correct the problems related to the initial version but I just leave it as it is because I want to focus on the first game (Arrangement).

I did several mistakes. One of these is that I've uploaded a really buggy version, which as a developer is a big fail. I don't know the reasons why I've done it.

As some of you guys said, the level design it's cool and the new features (such as new monsters, weapons and effects) are nice but the game is hardly playable in a few levels (the FPS drops badly).

Anyways if you have a lot of patience and if you have the enough knowledge to tweak game's settings you will play it without problems. But that's not all: the game will crash in a few maps. That's because the engine can't handle some effects and/or the game it's really buggy.

If you are lucky the game won't crash, but you won't understand a single word. The mod it's on spanish and there isn't any translation available.

This mod is rated 6.5 of 10 and that's perfect. I did a several mistakes and you guys pointed it out correctly, giving the qualify the mod diserves.

I've learned that a game is a whole. Does not matter if it have cool effects or new features. If the game is unplayable, everything falls apart. Also, I've learned that betatesters are really really important before release a game (this mod wasn't tested by others)
