The main ideia about HALF DEAD is to bring to the half life engine the Zombie Trilogy made by Romero.Starting with the first "NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD", using Half-Life 1, making it as a RPG, First Person Shooter, Survival Horror genre.In Single Player you switch between 4 charathers, each one with is unique status ( stamina, fear, moral, aiming, health, etc ), trying to survive the Night, stranded there by a Horde of undead ( they have status too, some are stronger, some run faster, the only thing they dont have is fear or moral ), using the classic weapons of the zombie killer kind, like the chainsaw, the ballball bat, the shotgun, ect,ect.The status of the player is important, as it reflects his behavior, like zombies coming near and high fear, aiming is weeker, or carring heavy objects you run slower.The goal is to make it as real as possible not excluding the others carathers interaction ( healing, trade weapons, etc ), because they are vital for your survival.As for the...

Our modeler rotting, has just finished the first un-skinned weapon models, and one skinned zombie model.

Models are ok, the smoothing is crap though, do you know about smoothing groups? (It looks like you are using milkshape, i could help you with that)
