This Mod brings the Star Wars feeling into Haegemonia The Solon Heritage.
Playable Races will be the Rebels, The Empire and the Pirate&Smugglers. Yuuzhan Vong are independent race.
The Mod will come out with complete new AI, new Techtrees for every Race, new Sounds and Music, new GFX and of course new Models.
It will have different Era's (from Old Republic over Civil War to New Republic)with the typical Ships from this Time.
And if you are asking now about the Ships, well there will be Ships from little Tie's up to the Allegiance or Mediator Class.

A new Version (Beta 0.9) of the Vector Prime Mod for Haegemonia has been released!
Featuring the Jedi Starfighter, the Home One, the XQ1 Weapons platform and many other new or improved Ships and Effects the Vector Prime Beta 0.9 is a visual firework inflamed on your screen. With additions like the Squad launch script, the Tractor beam and many other changes, the gameplay is better and easier to handle than before.
There still are a lot of things to do for me and Arachno, like the Nebulon B frigate, overworking some models by adding shaders and smoothing groups and, of course, the Singleplayer campaign. So just be patient and wait for following versions ;)
We welcome all comments and critics and will adhear your advices, so, please play the mod and share your experiences with us :)

MAJOR UPDATE 1

- Updated code for the random map generator (Planets revolve around the sun, multiple empires less likely to be put into the same system)
- Re-added ALL ships
- Ships linked to tech tree (you need to reserach to build them)
- Fixed crashing bug with VSD
- Re-added Experimental Starfighter Factory for the Empire (builds experimental starfighters to defend an area)
- Added A-Wing Mark II for the NR (Fast interceptor, cannons can turn to fire even backwards - 360 degrees)
- Added XJ3 X-Wing for the NR (The new X-Wing for the NR, a cheaper alternative to the E-Wing. Specialty is better acceleration and an extra warhead launcher)
Handle the update with EXTREME CARE! When playing multiplayer EVERYONE who is playing MUST have the update installed. I have re-added all the ships, but they were removed for a reason in 1.0 - exactly what, I do not know. I have been testing the patch, and there were no crashes; but I do not spend my full day playing VP so there might have been something I missed.
I want to hear feedback on this update, suggestions, anything. If there are enough, I will consider working on Major Update 2 - Missile Boat for the Empire (the model is already there), more Star Wars-like weapon refire rate, a new main menu background (to get rid of that stock TSH thing), perhaps one or two new planet types, perhaps some replacement 3D models for the heroes that offer services (to get rid of the Kariak/Darzok/helmeted Human variant), you name it. But this is a lot of work, so I won't do it for 10 people. If there is interest, I will. Also, if someone is willing to help in that, I would be most happy to accept that.
And Arachno, if you are around, can you upload this to the downloads? Or allow me the rights to do so, or anything?:p

Major Patch 1 coming soon! I am not home at the moment, and will be too busy in the upcoming few days to work on it - but it only needs some testing, and after that I will post a download link here.

I've been one of the few lucky to alphatest (the ships) it, and it's great! :D

-Install into your main VP folder. No more Star Destroyers named Verg'dhein! The update covers all UNITS for all FACTIONS in the game, excluding: Rebel Colonization/PopTransport ships. All names are from the Star Wars Universe.
