This is a modification, that will bring you back to Vice City of 80's, but on this time it will be on GTA IV (RAGE) engine.
We're planning to make a conversion of Vice City (including transport, atmosphere, weapons).

Hi everybody, so this version of the mod as died. Ok, well they merged with another team Vice City HD. and now they are working together. Look it up its still for GTA IV.
Thanks, really. I mean it; that's the first thing I hear from the mod in ages.
It was out guys last year. There was a download link up, I think they might have been Cease and Desisted, because there blog is gone and there haven't been any updates.
