UPDATE 18/12/11
Smally here, just uploaded a new patch for the first rcs version. This patch aims to fix all loading bugs in start up. simply download, extract with winrar and copy gta vice city folder over you're modded rcs vice city and replace the old files. I have tested this patch for this version on different machines all ending results were positive. It would be good to hear some feedback about the results of this patch.
Also just uploaded another game play video showing what the game play is like in this version.

Why is everything blocked in Germany ? o_o
the only real song u hear is radiohead - 2+2 = 5 and it only plays in the background on a car radio for 15-20 secs?... dunno man germany never been the same since 1945 -_-
