This mod aims to re-create the world of GTA LCS over GTA 3 Engine and provide qualitative game play as well as all the Original LCS features as real as possible. Providing improved graphics to GTAIII with Motorbikes, Choppers, Changeable Player Skins and improved game engine.

We need an expert who has a lot of experience with CLEO script making. He has to make a CLEO script that draws txd textures on screen. This has to be made for GTA 3. The txd textures will be health bar and armor bar as in LCS game. The txd textures have already been made. Just an expert is needed to make the CLEO script that draws txd textures on scrren. please contact me at asif_ridwan@yahoo.com

We're back. This is not dead yet.
I'm restarting from scratch.
This is a dead mod!!

Cuz no one's updating and everybody has given in.
Finally I got back the ability to add screens and earlier it was disabled. This option wasn't available. I don't know why.
News- We are releasing a new beta tomorrow with scripted features that would be even more interesting and fascinating than the previously released ones and would require Asif Ridwan's cars.
Sorry but we have some problems so we won't be working on the mod unfortuntaely for some days.
