Because liberty city (GTA IV) is the East Coast of USA, meanwhile, San Andreas is California, west coast.

Thanks a whole ******* lot for messing up my PC with this mod, my AppData folder got corrupted, and had to make a new user, now my computer runs quite slow. Poor installation instructions on your part, if your installation instructions were a tad clearer than telling the ******* user to delete saved files from the appdata folder, none of this would have happened. You should never even touch the appdata folder in the first place, and telling your consumers to do so is a complete idiotic move. I am quite disappointed because even after I got the game to work despite the pain and issues you ******* caused me, it just crashes and crashes and crashes, even after doing the best I can to repair my AppData folder by creating a new user on my computer. I understand you did a great job making this mod, but you ruined my pc with your ****** installation instructions, and do not try to pin this one on me for not reading, because your ******* installation told me blatantly to delete the files located under the savefiles folder in the appdata location.

The installer gives you an option to either let it do it for you or let you do it yourself IF you know what you are doing. You clearly disregarded the option and are clearly not a power user so why you chose to do it manually is beyond comprehension. You have to delete your GTAIV save games since the game will crash if you don't. That is not a problem that can be fixed.

tl;dr: We didn't ruin your computer, you did.

Deleting stuff from appdata is okay, as long as you know what you're doing. Obviously you deleted something important... I wouldn't blame the devs for this.

So it looks awesome. The bugs left are also pretty hilarious to watch. Cars have no traffic AI whatsoever. I've seen cars driving in both directions on both sides of the highways and trying to cross over, ending up on top of barriers. My own gang started shooting at me on approach. BMX bikes sound like dirt bikes. I'm finding random out of place vehicles (like quads and BMX/dirt bikes on the strip). Found a flaming jetpack next to a flaming NGR in the desert airplane graveyard. They were on fire…
