GTA IV For Low-end PCs

The purpose of this mod is to make GTA 4 lowend playable on computers, not necessarily desktops, but handhelds, notebooks, UMPCs, etc ... Improving FPS, but without losing the fun of the game ....

Download link takes you to Mediafire with a nice error saying the download was limited, if it's going to stay limited take it down or update it.
