This mod aims to improve the frame rate the game low-end computers, the goal is to not only become playable, but it makes it pretty well. Not necessarily a desktop, thinking I could play GTA IV on my Sony Vaio UX with GMA 4500MHD video card (3 ~ 11 fps) in the first game is already testing the currently running at 25fps on top of this board!
But of course, do not want to leave the game with ugly graphics worse than GTA San Andreas, while performance is gained, it has good graphics too.

Soon I'll post more details and prints of various configurations.

Acess: Gta4lowendpcs.blogspot.com

Recently purchased a HP 331 Netbook, Intel Atom 1.6Ghz, 2GB DDR3, Nvidia and ION (9400M), GTA4 is running at low settings put at 20 ~ 25 FPS!

I briefly offer a trial version, so it can become stable

Hello everybody, okay?

Unfortunately MegaUpload was closed, and with it, I lost several files and other mods, I've no time to redo the mod (had to rebuild from scratch because I dont had more hands, the original files, because of a problem with my hd), then rebuild him, this time, lighter, with only 2mb!

Download and enjoy!

The beautiful graphics of this mod do not take performance only are configured differently. The amount of fps is the same as using the reflection texture with alpha or low standard of the game, the difference is only what appears to be more beautiful

hm ... i think nothing changed, i have an ati mobility radeon hd 4300/4500 series and before the low-end patch i only could play on lowest details and lowest solution with around 40 fps, after the patch it's just the same, the highest solution has only 10 fps :(
did i do something wrong?
