Its really good, but its a bit too distracting
You might want to make the shield actually the armor, when getting shot, make a script to check if you are not damaged the last 5 seconds and then give back the armor.
If you want, go to GtaGarage, find a mod called "regenerative Health/Armor" change a little bit in regenerative armor script, then you got Halo armor script :)
