JUST GO OVER TO YOUR GTA III DIRECTORY FOLDER THEN CLICK ON DATA THEN JUST MOVE THIS FILE OVER TO THAT FOLDER AND CLICK REPLACE THEN THERE YOU GO AS EASY AS PIE :)
