1. Download and install mod (better to uninstall older versions and download mod again).
2. Download this file and extract files from RAR archive into the appropriate folders in the root directory of game (etc. C:\Program Files\MountBlade Warband).
3. Start the game.
4. Then click "Options" button in launcher and choose "Russkiy" from languages list.
5. Enjoy the game :)

If you find other problems please write me in comment. And please do not write about mod features or anything about game. I only translate this and I don't have any source files to improve or add something.

What version of MB is this for? I installed it on MB Warband 1.168.
It loads up fine but I have no idea how your suppose to cross the water and it seems neither does the npc's. The lords and caravan's are just stuck at the water's edge continually trying to cross.
This mod looks nice so far!
Is the work on the mod still going? It has potential, God I only created this account just to comment on this mod, I was lurking around there for so long and curiosity got the better of me,
