The new development of Chronicles of Myrtana 2.6.1 is finally completed. After the latest works, the public release of CoM 2.6.1 has taken place and awaits you! Moreover, the team is always particularly interested in your suggestions and ideas about the mod, so as to improve the mod quality, everytime more. Finally, we support your active participation to the mod by creating your own submods and modifications. In case the content is of good quality, it may be included in the official GothicTW CoM!

Hey guys,

so as you can read from the new article about the 2.6 we chose new rules for the mod, and this time the scheduling will be rigid, public release will be only at the end of our gameplays.

Hence, let's start with the first gameplay session.
At the beginning, it's gonna be a bit boring as I'm gonna explain easy stuff that you should already have mastered in the mod.

So, in these gameplay pics you see:
- Screen of the new intro video
- The farm management system (quickly, remember that each major centre has several farms nearby, so you'll choose one of the provided facilities in the farm to develop the farming supplies to the main center)
- The hero of your people, the main RPG character of the game who will work for your faction: able to craft things, search for plants and artifacts (later on, I'll continue the explanation on this RPG guy as there are new systems linked to him)
- Some battles screens for fun
- An example of the ancillary system: characters develop 1H weapons or 2H weapons, and they trigger different set of ancillaries in consequence
- Wandering merchants: errants who will visit your main centres from time to time (based on randomized systems) and will give you several benefits
- Sending spies: accepting the script, you'll be informed about the main events happening in the game (mainly related to AI factions)
- Historical facts: from time to time, you'll get info about the nice beasts of the Gothic saga
- My current diplomatic relations (the war with Myrtana will be tough xD )
- Mercenaries spawning: the Onar mercs will receive support from local squads of mercenaries first, and then the Dragon Hunters will come when the Dragons are gonna start the raids in the valley of Mines
- Choice of the way (already explained in the past, easy concept): each new general in your faction must choose his life path. There are 2 main choices and each triggers 2 subsequent choices. Selecting the character after the choice is done will trigger the life path.
