This is a total conversion of Supreme Commander to the world of Battlefleet Gothic!
Primarily we will work on getting 2 races into the game, fully, and then work out another race each in turn.
First 2 races will be Imperial Navy and Necrons.
There will be all races. so please no going about doing this race or that race!
There will be a single player story mode, but only when i have a decent storyline.

i have updated the website with GenX added to the team page.
Added faction pages woth brief descriptions of each race, when all ships from each race are completed i will post a fleet picture showing every ship for that race on these pages.
Gameplay page has been updated with a progress report which i will add to as i think of things to put there.
Im planing to put up a gallery a bit later too.

For the Tau are you using the GW or Forge World models or both? FW definitely has better models.

Well - I certainly hope to see a huge bunch of fighters/Bombers/ Boarding Torpedos around !
I don't konw SC modding abilitys but here are my suggestions for the mod:
*Strip down Base building to two factories(capital ships / support ships e.g. fighters etc.) with three tech steps (basic /advanced / really big) and supporting buildings like sensors and shields
*make units larger then frigates customizable to select Lance / battery options or advanced engines
*aim for fleet engagement between 10 and 15 medium sized ships.
*keep corvetts at the speed SC planes and frigates at the speed of SC Ships
*be sure to implement the fire arcs of the BFG ships as precise as possible - Inmo the game will get a very destinct notion from the need to manouver the ships prior to an engagement.
*boarding torpedos and troop transports could be possible by giving them the capture ability with a minimum range or code a special ability that triggers after such a unit successfully makes contact with a ship. Might also come in handy for ramming purposes.
Btw - Your HP certainly dates back to the future... April 07 ??
i may have 2 coders 1 of which may do textures too, these are people i know in RL so this will help the mod much more than someone over the internet, it also helps that both of these people are 40k fanatics too lol

indeed, but supreme comannder can take them, since we wont have several hundreds of models like in the original game and not much of a base, we can have higher numbers to display BFG in all its glory!
