Guys, I didn't work on this mod anymore, stop asking for things that are already in the mod, this mod is complete, I tested it many times, I T W O R K S.
If your fances don't work, play in 32bit mode, and put everything in the Options at max, if it still doesn't work that's YOUR fault, don't ask about it anymore, is just annoying.
The fences are white?

Some of the buildings are red despite the fact I have money for them
you need to Unlock them just like you Unlock the fances for exemple, I suggest you to unlock Chenini too.
