When two hyperspace explorers stumbled onto the remote world of Korriban, they never could have guessed the chain of events they were setting into motion. Over the previous centuries, the Sith Empire had grown in size and strength, and Korriban was the very heart of its dominion. The reigning Sith Lord, Marka Ragnos, had just died, sparking a brutal power struggle between rivals Ludo Kressh and Naga Sadow. The explorers’ arrival marked the first contact between the Republic and the Sith Empire, and it created at an opportunity to end the power struggle. Naga Sadow seized the moment and rallied the Sith for a pre-emptive strike against the Republic under his leadership.
Messing around with a render of the models in photoshop, thought is was neat.

These are mid tier vessels, built mostly for fast raids, and light skirmishes. Currently in the process of UV mapping these for later texture work.
Really nice work. Among the absolutely great looking ships I especially like the planet in the background. Hope you'll include the planet in some way, it looks great.

So, fitting to the era, there won't be shields on any of the ships ?
Shields will not be installed until much later in technology/tier, 4/5.Most ships in the early era can be retro-fitted with more advanced technology as it is discovered.
These ships are tier 3/4 so upgrading them will not be an issue, however armor plating will be the main defense for some time.
I can just imagine two old boxers as ships fighting it out, hull tanking for the win!.

I'm far from any planed release/ however I do plan on a game play video in the next month or so.
