Those are all (hopefully) of the triggers for the normal mode (3 teams of 4) of the game.

Other Modes
Daval Mode:
Daval mode requires all 3 players Orange, Darkgreen, and Brown to research a 50g at their bases of Strahnbrad, Moonbrook, and Grim Batol respectively within the first several spawns. Doing so basically divides the game up into 4 teams of three, all teams remaining the same, save that they lose one of the previously mentioned players (Orange, Darkgreen, or Brown), who form their own team and receive special events/heroes upon researching this.

• Orange receives Daval Prestor level 5 full hero, but gains no capture events and is unable to capture the majority (possibly all but Durnholde, maybe this one as well though) of his other bases.
• Brown receives General Drakkisath upon researching it, as well as gaining several dragon oriented upgrades at his bases. Well, he can capture Blackrock Spire from teal and receives Dal'Rend Blackhand upon doing so.
• Darkgreen receives Katrana Prester level 5 full hero, but can no longer receive Khadgar. He also gains several dragon oriented upgrades as well as his stormwind base spawning elite dragon units. Katrana can stay in her level 15 dragon form permanently. He also can't capture Sunking citadel in outland.

***NOTE***
All three of these players must research the upgrade for it to have any effect. So, you must agree to it before hand or you're going to just waste 50g.

Free Alliance Mode:
Destroys all alliances, every man for himself. A regular fuckfest! Allying is possible, but there is a limit of 2-3 per team. (believe I read the last statement somewhere, correct me if wrong please)
