Global Operations Remake Mod or "GORM" for short, will attempt to re create Global Operations exactly as it was, every weapon, every model, every animation, to look exactly as it was in the original game but with enhanced visuals and support on a better engine. We re-made our old medkit from scratch, this is definitely an improvement over the original, it has scalpels and sutures too.

So can it hold heal itself like the good old Health Station from the Original HL or it just pick up and health itself ?

I don't think it works that way, this game is based upon Global Operations. From what I remembered it was non from what you said, I think it was more of an injection (hold left click and aim) style of healing that is done by a medic.
