SCENARIO In "Get a Life" you embody Alexander Zemlinsky, a subway technician suffering from leukaemia. Alex is not, unlike the protagonists in most games, an invincible super-soldier. But you wouldn't call him normal either, because there is something in his past that connects him with the events that are about to happen in the course of the story (we want to keep the suspense, so nothing more on that...). "Get a Life" will feature different environment settings presented in more than 24 maps, all of them connected to the scenario of the mod. GaL will offer about 10 hours of pure gameplay pleasure. FEATURES GaL is a total conversion, we will introduce new maps, weapons, enemies, npc's, sound effects, music tracks, props and textures GaL will run on the latest version of the Source Engine, so that means you'll see HDR and the enhanced shadow system (as seen in HL2: Episode 1) in "Get a Life" as well To give the player the best gaming experience...

Good news for addicted fans, the mod is almost finished! For few weeks now, the dev-team reached the step of the beta tests, and works on fixing miscellaneous bugs, to release a mod as perfect as possible. We didn't give you any news for a long time, those who impatiently wait for the mod are certainly aware of that. But don't worry, it does not mean that we stopped working! We just preferred concentrating on the development, leaving the communication aside...

Good news for addicted fans, the mod is almost finished! For few weeks now, the dev-team reached the step of the beta tests, and works on fixing miscellaneous bugs, to release a mod as perfect as possible.

Nevertheless, the critical point of the development concerns the english voices for the mod, that's why we are looking for english voice-actors! If you are interested and motivated, please contact us on our forum or by e-mail! English voices are what we need to finish the mod. Currently the french version is the only one which is close to be done.

Some features of the current beta-version:

about 11 hours of gameplay
24 maps with varied environments
61 characters
13 weapons
22 songs
refined gameplay
new HUD, effects and last but not least new enemies
