so this replaces the strategy center for all US generals or for the x general only?
it doesn't replace the strat center. The strat center unlocks tier 2 stuff while the battlelab unlocks tier 3.

Ever considered mounting an avenger turret on top? If it's that important, it needs protection against aircraft and missles.
