That's a good conecpt.
Feet to small, legs to short, torso to long, shoulders too wide, arms to long and thin and head to big, otherwise, nice usage of depth and such.
You realise if rmatt did do those things you said, the drawing would have just scaled in overall size. XD!

Sigh. If you can't take criticism, why bother making it? I was only saying what was wrong with it, I'm getting teached in anatomy, and your drawing don't have the right HUMAN proportions, oh and rmatt, I'm not.
try being more friendly when you criticize art, im absolutely terrible at drawing and i didnt see you stab my work to death :\
I'm NOT trying to stab your or alzine's work to death, GEE, WHAT ELSE am i supposed to say when i say whats good about and what not, "oh hello, would you like a cup of tea before i criticize your work, or would you like an hug ?", yes your drawing wasn't maybe as detailed as alzine but you got the proportions right, so i was only saying that so alzine knows what mistakes he made so he can prevent them in the future

gi777 makes a point about proportion (although it doesn't matter too much for a concept drawing).
The upper body is well proportioned, quite accurate actually although someone might say the head is larger but I would say thats due to the hair and angle.
Basically, to fix the proportions you need to bring where you have positioned the knee down half a head in length. I would also make the right leg a little bit thicker to match the left.
Good concept though, you should throw some colour on it!
