It's a Warthog-style phase 2 armored pilot, or perhaps even Warthog himself...
Yes, that's my guess aswell by the looks of marking on helmet. Other then that I have no idea.

No, it's not Warthog. And he isn't even from his squadron. I'm sure that maybe 80-90% of the people here didn't notice that pilot in the show, as he has 3-4 secs of screentime, but we already showed his land version :)

Though I personally don't like the idea of putting pilots in fighter craft, if you're going to do it it's probably better to do it with a higher quality fighter model. Now you have a great looking piece of detail, the pilot in the cockpit, but the fighter itself kind of ruins it.
Yes, the texture and the model are not top of the top, but actually ingame I think this is ok level of quality. And I made the cockpits and the heroes just for my personal pleasure, I don't think a lot of people will be stearing all the time on the pilots. And I don't know about another Z-95 model that is better, do you?
Well, this particular clone-wars era Z95 not really. The standard headhunter has had several redesigns though, Farseer's one comes to mind. There's several others which look better imo.
Yes, I've seen some of the others, but CW model is what we need.

R.I.P I would suggest to give him a special/hero ship that has 3hp. It can be destroyed in a finger snap. AS CLOSE as canon, wouldn't that be AWESOME?!
