Ha! knew it was a mortar team. But this is going to be cool thing in this game you guys did. The most amazing part about it is that you are making everything come to life out of the series cause i loved the clone wars and it is like you are making a game out of it,like it feels like an actual expansion made by some people in the lucasarts company! And plus when it comes out i feel like i should pay for this or something even though you are making this for free that is how amazing it is! Top notch quality, awesome models, creativity, awesome moding team everything you can ask for in a mod, that and every thing in between. Alright i think i fanboy'd enough... but seriously very worthy thing to buy, and keep up the good work as usual!

Are these gonna be present with Phase 1 clones, or is this a Phase 2-only thing?

For now they are planned as Phase 2 only units, as seen in TCW :)

Will these also be white or will they have variants per colors? One more thing i'm wondering... How will you guys fit so many units! Will there be drop down menus or wut?

They will have camo as all regular units.
We'll fit everything, don't worry about it

Description

So, guys, here is the truth - this is a mortar team of two clones - one to carry the mortar and one to carry the ammo. You can notice the antennas on their backs for enhanced communication and better fire directing. The visors on their heads in the 3ds Max picture was standart nightvision visors that they will have as all other clones. The mortar model will be subject to changes, to be more closer to the TCW version seen on Umbara :)

However, the team is far from ready. They need fire, deploy, undeploy and some new idle animations

I hope you like them and the idea of the mortar team. I think this is the first FOC mod ever with that feature (please, correct me if I'm wrong)

And about the little game from yesterday, we have 3 winners - Luxwarrior, nightovizard and Bjego
And guys, don't think we aren't tracking your activity on our page. We really like to communicate with the whole community and every comment and shared idea is important for us. And some happy day, this will be important for you ;)
And I think this is the fair way. But until then, enjoy the mortar team and don't forget to comment :)
