GMod is a Sandbox Modification.
Using GMod you can pose ragdolls. This means can position people from HL2/CS/DoD and change their faces. A big comic book creating community has popped up around this feature.
Using GMod you can build. Take props from HL2/CS/DoD and weld them together to make walls. Axis a wheel to it to create a working car. Rope some cans to the back. A big contraption creating community has popped up around GMod - creating such things as Rube Goldberg devices, catapults, cannons, bridges etc..
Using GMod you can make your own weapons. That's right, make your own weapons. Using Lua you can create a custom weapon to do just about anything. If you're new you can change simple things like rate of fire, models, sounds. If you're awesome the world is your oyster, mass changing guns, melon cannons, jetpacks.
GMod gives you the freedom to do any of these things in single player or online with your friends.

This update consists mainly of bug fixes. I'm going to get this mod stable if it kills me.

Where Do i Install this Mod?
dose anyone know how i make a sever when i hit create sever it gives me an error help plz

If you cant find any servers/make servers, make a shortcut at your desktop, open content by right clicking it and choose the last option, at destination copy this command (D:\steam\Steam.exe -applaunch 215 -game "d:\steam\SteamApps\SourceMods\gmod9" -console) without the (), or just change the -appluanch to 215, and the destination to your gmod destination.
or you could just go to fileplanet and look up gmod_cs_source lol
they have gmod 10 and counterstrike source on fileplanet, and its all free........and its legal too, unlike torrent!!!! :P

Paying ten bucks for GMOD 10 (or is it 11 now?) really isn't that bad.
Ok well this mod rocks and all but i dont know where i put the addons cause i download it and i got no folder for them
its inside C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\your name is here\Garrys Mod
and you put everything in here
