It's map.rwm not rvm. Just saying, cause I had to look twice :P
Also I had to rename the mod to a DLC (eg. crusades) and launch it as that from steam for the campaign to work. If I left the mod name as GOT_Enchanced and launched the exe file then every time I tried to play the campaign it crashed with an unspecified error.

The RVM file just redownloads everytime i open the game
keep it the file afterwards. it creates a rwm file for you to use on your SP.
Yeah, I kept it and it still crashed.
every time i enter is either a unspecified error or cant find kingdoms.exe and just kicks out
