Description:
A true, unmatched marvel of space-time distortion technology, the Spatial Distortion Generator can be used to distort, twist and rearrange regions of space as large as stars themselves. This allows to accelerate the natural combustion process within a star, either bringing it close to its death and making it extremely vulnerable to outside influences or destroying it immediately.
The weapon requires an extreme amount of power before firing and due to that it can't be stored safely and so requires 10 minutes to charge each time it fires.

could you also alter the blueprint to make this into an artificial world? I've read articles from scientists saying that this is how the most advanced civilizations would live...prior to ringworld of course ;P
