Since the 2020 Retail launch the 2011 release was renamed to: G STRING - BETA and in the future the G STRING - ULTIMATE EDITION is coming. Also don't be confused about the "Developer: LunchHouse Software" part. This is the G String Beta you are looking for, the one made by Eyaura. The display was changed because LunchHouse helped me a lot in publishing the game and this will help us both in promoting our work. Which reminds me: they're making PUNT! Go check it out! Since there is no way to list this on MODDB like on Steam (Developer: Eyaura, Publisher: LunchHouse Software) this is the best solution. Thanks and have fun!

Description

To spend five years floating around in a virtual world, building a pathway bit by bit, quietly adding shapes and images. Assembling a maze, hoping to elicit some kind of a response from other minds floating in cyberspace.

And eliciting emotions I will. Fear, wonder, anger, frustration and perhaps something deeper. Depends on the mind entering I guess, what you pout it you get out. You will see yourself in my virtual maze, like in everything else. At the end of all corridors stands you.

Oh but it is just a game... bunch of polygons, ones and zeros.

And? Look around, touch your table, touch your hand. What is it?

And endless stream of whirling particles separated from each other by enormous distance. Everything you hold so dearly is mostly void. All your memories, hopes, dreams are built around the void. There is nothing there really. Dance with Maya.

Five years building a world.

Only one who does this knows the feeling. Five years... My God, it is almost as long as the best years of childhood. Before the "rational" mind kicks in and destroys all.

It was worth it. But now it ends. Everything ends. And eternity begins. I am almost home.
