Freeworlds: Tides of War is a fan built Star Wars total conversion mod for Digital Anvil's Freelancer game that was released several years ago. When fans began to make mods for Freelancer, one of the many things people were keen on seeing was a Freelancer mod based on the Star Wars universe developed by George Lucas. Freeworlds and Tides of War were the answer to this outcry. The development team of both mods have now joined forces to create an epic new Star Wars TC, Freeworlds: Tides of War.

Actually, the developer that worked on this hitbox spent several months on it. If you want some figures : the model itself has more than 31k polygons. Mirkha's hitbox has more than 33k polygons. It's our most accurate hitbox. He's added a collision box on every little bump. Although you can hardly see it on the video, the MC90 has a huge hangar with a "T" shape : it is totally enterable, and you can enter the ship on one side, go through the hangar and get out on the other side. With a bunch of TIE Fighters on your six, it is an amazing experience!

Thats absolutely brilliant! Great job! I look forward to trying out the hanger! Tell me, how much room do you have when flying through? Is it a fairly tight squeeze?

Sweet! Tell me though, is there any way to stop the view from spazing out and shoring the inside of the ship?

A MC90 can carry up to 72 Fighters. Are you sure that the x-wing in the youtube-video is correctly scaled? It seems that the ship should be smaller.

This is the first glimpse of the player flyable MC90 Battlecruiser that will be within FW:ToW. This model has taken over 6 months to get into game and we think it is well worth the result. This ship is the largest the New Republic has to offer and it will be a formidable opponent for our Imperial Star Destroyer.

A big thanks goes to EvilleJedi for the model and texture, Overfiend for the texture redo and Mirkha for spending countless hours building the perfect hitbox.
