Freeworlds: Tides of War is a fan built Star Wars total conversion mod for Digital Anvil's Freelancer game that was released several years ago. When fans began to make mods for Freelancer, one of the many things people were keen on seeing was a Freelancer mod based on the Star Wars universe developed by George Lucas. Freeworlds and Tides of War were the answer to this outcry. The development team of both mods have now joined forces to create an epic new Star Wars TC, Freeworlds: Tides of War.

You can't help wondering if it isn't more work and expense patching all of that together than it would be to just buy a used ship whole. But it's certainly a nice model.

That's...um...interesting.
It's ABOUT TIME that someone took that illustration from that Dark Horse Star Wars comic book encyclopedia and do SOMETHING with it. Their design was PURE BRILLIANCE, and I've made numerous recommendations to other Star Wars mods to ditch one of the truly abominable Ugly designs and use the Dark Horse one instead.
If I'm not mistaken, you're the first team to have enough common sense to do so. CONGRATULATIONS for it too!

If it where real , yes ugly it would be, but sometimes the best stuff looks like a dog crapped it out. But as far as this game goes: pure awesome.
