An untextured render of the SA80 for the Fullmoon
mod. Modeled by Kevlar Jens.
I'll assume that this is unfinished and that a cocking handle is being modelled into this at some point.
just something that popped up in my mind: silver bullets anyone?
There will be silver bullets yes, but not in this gun. The cocking handle? Im sorry to say i dont know much about the SA80. Ill look into it :D
Looks edgy..
L85 has the cocking lever on the right hand side of the weapon, its used to load a round into the chamber from the magazine.
also the fron heat guard should be more circular instead of square.
the muzzle guard on the tip if the barrell has 5 slits in a star formation which hides the muzzle flash.
appart from that its brilliant i been waiting for a mod to have an accurate L85 in the game
so you know the "sa80" is an L85a2 as us soldiers call it, the SA80 is a production name calling the l85 an sa80 is like calling an m16 an armalite
:D thanks for this information, its a hard gun to find information on because of it only really being used by us Brits. I will pass all this onto out modeler, you will probably see some changes to the model in the game :). Thanks for this detailed input.
