FUEL: REFUELED is an enhancement modification for the game FUEL, which brings multiple bug-fixes, improvements and the addition of various new content.
This is the Free Roam Extreme Scenario for Z04. It features a mix of light rain with fog just before sunrise giving a pinkish mist on the horizon.
On a semi-related note, V15.4 will fully support the ability to create your own Free Roam Extreme Scenarios or just play around with the weather settings. Tornado through Dust Bowl City? Snow on the Salt Flats? You get to choose... :P
For the in-experienced modder, to changing weather settings is merely a matter of changing the values for each setting from 0% to 100%. e.g. ("C#50_R#50_W#75_TOR"), which would be medium clouds (C#) and rain (R#)... with high winds (W#) and a tornado (TOR). Simple enough.
