This sounds exciting. Nice work, if I may say so.

Description

A while ago I put together a simple tool to customize the Free Roam Extreme Challenges I added with FUEL: REFUELED (screenshot of that can be found here: Moddb.com). This is a total remake developed for FUEL: REFUELED LITE and takes things a step further by allowing the user to pick from 95 pre-programmed Start/Finish combinations and then exporting their creation directly to the MODS folder; complete with description and appropriate naming scheme. Via the mod manager it can be then activated if wanted.

You can customize clouds, rain , wind, snow, fog and time with both a start and an end value (allows you to have a variation of weather over the course of the FRA). You can also choose to add a Tornado in if you wish. You can preview these settings in-game by following this tutorial: Moddb.com on how to bring up the in-game weather editor (you cannot add tornadoes or save).

This is actually a pretty simple tool, I went and developed it in Microsoft Small Basic with the code provided so pretty much anyone can have a play round with it without much in the way of prior programming knowledge.

While it is a CLI based program, I have taken the time to format the text to make it easy to read, such as variations in color between lines and the highlighting of all values. I welcome any suggestions on how to improve it further.

Two other programs available are "Force Time Of Day Creator" and "Force Length Of Day Creator".

Oh and one final note: "FRA" stands for "Free Ride Activity", basically a challenge that can only be activate-able from within the game-world itself rather than menu's. It's a simple solution to avoid breaking saved games and other issues like that by implementing 'activities' that have no bearing on the game progression itself and can be added or removed at any time without issue
