Description

Since the last revision (shown here: Moddb.com) I've implemented code I developed for theme detection (discussed here: Moddb.com) into the free ride extreme editor with two uses.

Firstly you can now add your own vista points to the program without configuration of any kind required. Simply drag and drop your vista point text document into the vista point folder (following existing vista points as template - basically a .txt with name and XY) and the program will auto-detect it and add it to the selectable list without any restart or reinitialization required.

Secondly I've added a "Preset" button - this calls upon preset time/weather setups stored in the weather presets folder. Like the vista points, you can add your own presets and the program will auto-detect them without configuration. The file recent and recent.old are in identical format to the presets - so you can simply copy this file (renaming it to whatever you wish) into the weather presets folder and it will always remain re-callable by the program.
These presets will also be compatible with the future Career Race editor. I currently have 10 presets supplied with the tools, some with weather taken directly from the special races in-game or setups I used in previous releases for the Free Ride Extreme scenarios supplied with the mod.

Due to optimization done, even with all these new features I've added to the program it actually has greater performance (reduced load-times, less resource usage etc.) than the current release version.
